I am delighted you have come to visit The Life of E's, a site designed to nurture and enhance the fundamental E's in your life, Exercise (of spirit, body and mind), Energy, Emotion and Empathy.

Our mission and commitment is to Empower, inspire and support people on their journey. To this end we offer an opportunity for you to transform the pieces of your life that are not working for you, by learning new skills and exploring diverse paths.

Our teaching occurs in several ways, including the offering of E-courses, recommendations of books and CDs we have found helpful, timely articles, scheduled workshops and presentations, coaching, our monthly Es Letter, and, if you live in the San Diego area, psychotherapy. As a therapist and teacher I assist people,- children, adolescents, adults,- people of all ages, on their journeys. Our work may include: communication—verbal and non-verbal, developmental topics, parenting, relationships, personal growth, emotions, empathy, self-esteem, empowerment, interior peace, replacement of negative energy with positive energy. Therapy occurs face-to-face, individually, in families or in groups. Teaching occurs through many modalities, i.e., writing, presentations, articles, workshops, recommendations. Coaching is goal oriented, assisting you in achieving a specific goal, by prioritizing actions, identifying and removing blocks, and empowering you to achieve the success you seek.  Whether involved in coaching or therapy, presenting workshops or retreats, my work is filled with fun, warmth, healing and a reverent and playful spirit.  Each can be designed to meet your specific needs or those of your group.
